If you have any more problems I'll attempt to help you as much as possible.- Checked all Sprx using SPRX Checker for CID Stealers, all safe. If you are spoofing it via PSN PATCH or CCAPI then no need to use the Change Active PS3ID option. Now that you are on DEX you will need to Use the rebug toolbox / utilities / Change active PS3 ID set it to EID5: 84 CEX in order to get online IF you are using the "REAL" console ID to get online. To the right of that check the box at " Lowest: " and set to " 35 " %. check the box at " Auto at _" fill in the blank with " 65 ". Now a few sections up from there you will see Enable dynamic fan control. Go to then scroll down to the section right above "XMB pad shortcuts:" and you will see Plugin Memory usage: set it to Max (1280 kb) if it's anything lower than 1280 KB. Go into webman folder after its activated and select Webman setup, at the top of the page you should see a few tabs.
Webman has a handy feature for Fan control, and Plugin memory usage allowance. You may also want to enable Webman and Cobra mode while in rebug toolbox. You should now be able to go to system information in Rebug toolbox and it should say. next Game type debugger - HDD Boot game, Next GameContentUtil Boot Path (Debugger) - For Development, Next scrolll down to Release Check mode - Development Mode, next scroll to Boot Mode - System Software Mode. Find NP Environment - NP (caps don't matter). Now back out of rebug toolbox and go to Debug settings under Settings on the XMB screen. Down to XMB operation mode - Debug, down again to Debug menu type - DEX. Go into ReBug toolbox move over to the right from System to Selector option, then find System Mode set it to REBUG. So, i had to learn what was on it, what makes it a modded PS3 etc. I bought the PS3 from a guy that knows nothing about gaming in general, he just knew that its a modded PS3. so, i'm really done looking at articles and threads, watching youtube vids and googling, i just want help from somebody that knows how to do it as of now ( for GTA version 1.27) to teach me hopefully. i spent 3 days just trying to get a mod menu to work or even show up in the game, But nothing worked. I should also say that I've watched almost every video on YouTube and clicked and read almost every result that came up on google regarding this topic. I mean that it actually appears in-game after i press the hot keys to activate it and do stuff like spawn cars, rank up, give weps, and all the good stuff modders do on youtube videos.
So, I need help ( possibly from an experienced PS3 GTA V modder) to guide me and explain to me how to install a GTA V Mod Menu on my jailbroken PS3 Slim, a mod menu that actually FUNCTIONS.
